Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Equipment

  • Bread Machine

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients according to the instructions on your bread machine.
  2. Set your bread machine to the correct course. Use the basic course if you don't have a vegan setting.
  3. Set your crust control to medium.
  4. After bread has baked carefully remove the insert and turn out onto a cooling rack.
  5. After bread has cooled slice to desired thickness.
