Easy Mongolian Beef

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ tsp ginger I grate mine with a microplaner
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 6 green onions cut into small pieces
- Sesame seeds optional
- Minute Instant White Rice
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the dark brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
