The Best Halloween Books | 13 Spooky Favorites

October 1, 2021      Meg

I have an intense love for holiday books! They’re the perfect way to get in the mood for the upcoming season. We read the non stop for a month and then get to move on to the next holiday and a fresh start with a new collection of books to enjoy. Here are some of my favorite Halloween books to fill your shelves with spooky reads you’ll enjoy year after year!

Favorite Halloween Books For Kids

I loved Halloween as a kid! The costumes, spooky decoration, candy how could you go wrong?!

As a mom I love making the holidays extra special for my kids. Every year we get new Halloween pajamas, add a few new Halloween books to our collection, bake as many spooky treats as we can and dress up!

I love pulling out our books on October 1st as the official kick off to the spooky season! I put together some of my favorites here. I hope you find some you love!
