These healthy one bowl vegan banana bread muffins made with GoNana’s are the best mom hack! Minimal mess and healthy ingredients for a delicious breakfast or snack the whole family will love.
The Perfect Toddler Breakfast
My kids love bananas and pretty much anything they’re mixed into. That means banana bread is a staple in our house.
Muffins are perfect for a grab and go breakfast full of healthy ingredients. They can be made with healthy whole grains, fruit, veggies, and healthy fats. We love adding a drizzle of peanut butter for extra protein and a side of berries for an extra serving of fruit to make them a full meal.
The best part. When you make a batch of muffins you’ll have extra’s to store in the fridge and serve for breakfast and snacks throughout the week.

GoNana’s swaps out the traditional and refined ingredients in most banana bread for simple and wholesome ingredients you can recognize and pronounce!

Every flavor of GoNana’s is vegan, gluten free and top allergen free. No preservatives, no nuts, no gluten, no dairy, no eggs. You get awesome tasting muffins that actually fuel your body!

Baking with Toddlers
Baking with toddlers can take a long time and be a huge mess so I love finding ways to make it simple so we can do it more often.
This is the perfect recipe to make with toddlers because there is minimal mess. Making banana bread with one bowl and a fork means less dishes for mom. Using the GoNana’s mix means less ingredients needing to be poured and measured.
With some pre measured ingredients my four year old made the muffins almost entirely by herself. Anytime kids get to help in the kitchen creating food they’re more likely to eat it too.
