Having the right tools can make all the difference in whether or not you find joy in cooking or a whole lot of stress. Here are my most loved kitchen gadgets that make meal prep a breeze.

Vitamix Blender This is a must have if you’re looking to eat healthier! We’re smoothie obsessed in our house and eat them everyday. I also use our blender for making my own dairy free milk, waffles, soups, homemade baby food and so much more.
Zojirushi Bread Machine I started making my own bread when my son had a dairy protein intolerance and we had to be extra careful with ingredients. Homemade bread is so much better for you (and cheaper)! This machine does all the work for you and makes a perfect loaf every time.
Griddle Pancakes and grilled cheese are regulars on the menu here! this griddle means I get to make enough for everyone at once and actually get to sit and eat.
Microplane Grater This is a great multitool to kick up your meals. I use it for grating and zesting all sorts of things, citrus, chocolate, garlic, and hard cheeses.
Pasta Maker This is a total splurge but it’s extremely fun and makes the best homemade pasta! Did you have one of those playdough pasta machines as a kid?! I did and this brings me back. You add all the ingredients, the machine mixes it up and pushes the pasta noodles out the front. My kids love cutting them to the right length as it goes. You can order different disk for different shaped pasta.

Crockpot A crockpot is a busy moms best friend! We have a few in different sizes. I love this big one for cooking a whole chicken or ham on the holidays or big batches of soups and chili to freeze.
Coffee Maker If you’ve been here a while you know I love coffee! This coffee maker is the best because you can make a whole pot or single serve kcups. It’s the best of both worlds!
A good knife set A good knife set helps so much with meal prep! Knives like this will last forever if you maintain them properly.
Silicone Spatulas These are perfect for cooking and baking, plus they’re dishwasher safe!
Kitchen Aid Mixer We love baking so a mixer is one of our favorite small appliances! We use it every week for cookies, cakes, and even shredding chicken!
