Create a magical SNOWSTORM IN A JAR! ❄️✨ A fun and easy homeschool science experiment your kids will love!

You’ll Need:
• A clear jar
• 2 cups of baby oil
• ½ cup water + blue paint (mixed)
• Alka-Seltzer tablet (broken into pieces)
• Glitter (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix water + blue paint, then pour into the jar.
2️⃣ Pour baby oil into the jar.
3️⃣ Drop in an broken up Alka-Seltzer piece sleep one at a time and watch the snowstorm!

🌟 Reserve in Advance - Plan your curriculum ahead and reserve books, DVDs, and educational materials in advance to ensure you have what you need. Our library even offer great games and science kits 👏🏻

🌟 Attend Library Programs - Take advantage of the library’s workshops, reading programs, and events for kids. It’s a great way to enhance your homeschooling experience.

🌟 Ask for Recommendations - Librarians are your secret allies! Ask them for book recommendations that align with your lesson plans.

Homemade animal crackers 👇🏻

If you want to make more family friendly food from scratch stick around for easy homemade recipes your kids will love

Ingredients
* 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened butter
* ¼ cup granulated sugar
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 large egg
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar, add honey, vanilla, and egg. Mix in dry ingredients. Use hands to finish and form into a dough. Form into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes using animal cookie cutters. Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy 🫶
